Catholic Theological College runs conferences and symposiums. Past conferences include the 2024 Austin Cooper Symposium – Priest, Scholar & Friend, the 2022 Spirituality Conference: How Do We Know Christ Know?, and the 2021 National Pedagogy Conference.
Austin Cooper OMI Priest, Scholar & Friend – A Symposium
When: Friday 10 May 2024: 10am – 4.30pm
This symposium was held in honour of the Rev Professor Austin Cooper OMI AM (1931 – 2023) founding Master of CTC, historian, formator, and ecumenical friend.
The symposium featured speakers exploring Fr Austin’s various contributions to Christian scholarship and formation, and as spiritual friend to so many.
Attendance was in person or via video-stream.
